Only 40% of the 17 hectares have been used. The property can accommodate an additional 200 rooms with ease.
On entry, the guest route leads directly to the reception and guest facilities, rooms and conference room. There is a diversion to the maintenance area which hosts the department of engineering and repairs. This diversion also leads to staff entry gate leading to resident management houses and administration office building. Behind it there is a syndicate room for conference visitors. Located in between two villages making it a locally authentic Zanzibar experience for a visitor. Situated at the back of the house is the overnight staff accommodation for 40 staff and laundry/housekeeping offices. The laundry has 3

All land in Zanzibar is leased via long-term leases with the Zanzibar Government. The land area comprises 4 leases with leases and options
extending through to 2102. The control of prime beachfront land secures significant investment potential going forward.
The rooms are in good shape except that due to reduced personnel on site (there are 20 employees and 20 guards), the thatch roofs have
been removed to reduce the fire risk.
